Our Refund Promise

Zeri offers digital products. Due to the immediate nature of our service, all sales are generally final. However, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase.

Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • The report did not generate due to a technical error on our side
  • You experienced significant service unavailability
  • You have not yet viewed the unlocked content

Non-refundable cases

  • You have viewed the unlocked report
  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • The content did not match your expectations (subjective)

How to Request a Refund

Email us at zeri.team@outlook.com with:

  • Your order ID
  • Your registered email
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 3 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we may suspend your access to the service. Please reach out to us - we are responsive and reasonable.
